Opifex Labs (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, provides software products and this website at opifex.in. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Leads & enquiries: name, email, phone number, and IP address when you contact us or sign up for updates.
• Licensing: a machine fingerprint (a non-reversible device identifier) used only to validate your product license.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation and invoice details; we never receive or store your full card or bank credentials.

Why we collect it

• To deliver and support the products you buy, and to validate licenses.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To send you product updates and marketing only where you have opted in; every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Consent & your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@opifex.in. We respond within a reasonable period.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records). License and transaction records are retained for the statutory period; enquiry data is deleted on request.

Who we share it with

We share data only with processors that help us operate: Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (hosting & security), and our email service provider (transactional & opted-in mail). We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. A single local preference (your light/dark theme) is stored in your browser and never leaves your device.
