We want you to be sure of your purchase. Every Opifex product comes with a 7-day full refund — no questions asked.

The 7-day refund
If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No reason required.
How to request one
- Email hello@opifex.in from the address used to purchase, with your order ID.
- We confirm and process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After the window
Beyond 7 days, purchases are final, except where a statutory right to a refund applies or where a product is materially defective and we cannot resolve the issue.
Cancellation
You can stop using a product at any time. Where a product is offered on a recurring basis, cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges; cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively refund a completed term except under the 7-day rule above.
