Terms of Service

This website and the Opifex Labs products are operated by Opifex Labs, a sole proprietorship based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”).

License

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with its product terms and for the duration of your license. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product, or attempt to defeat its license validation.

Intellectual property

All software, the Opifex Labs name, the hallmark, and all associated content remain our property. Your license does not transfer any ownership.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products unlawfully, to reverse-engineer them except as permitted by law, or to use them in a way that harms us or other users.

Payments & refunds

Prices and taxes are as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation policy (7-day full refund).

Warranty & liability

Our products are provided “as is”, without implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the product in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
